By accessing and using the services of RY Barbershop, located at 1144 N Plano Rd, Richardson, TX 75081, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, we ask that you refrain from using our services.

2. Services offered

RY Barbershop provides barbering services including haircuts, beard sculpting, line-ups, hot towel shaves, facials and hair treatments. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual.

3. Bookings and appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by phone at (469) 288-7327. Online bookings are subject to availability. RY Barbershop reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Minimum age

Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive services. We reserve the right to request identification when necessary.

5. Liability

RY Barbershop is not liable for allergic reactions to products used during services. Clients must inform their barber of any known allergies or skin conditions before the service begins. We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged on the premises.

6. Conduct on the premises

All clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. RY Barbershop reserves the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave the premises for inappropriate, aggressive or disruptive conduct.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the RY Barbershop website — including images, text, logos and design — is the property of RY Barbershop and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Dallas County, Texas.

9. Changes

RY Barbershop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
